I was reading a discussion and find that one of the respondent stated that INRI stands for Jesus of Nazareth King of the Jews in Latin: IESUS NAZARENUS REX IUDAEORUM.
What is that mean actually, is he a Jews or what?! I thought he is Christian.

Jesus is a Jew. Christian means "Christ follower" therefore someone who follows Jesus. Jesus is in the family of David and is the messiah that is spoken towards in the Old Testament. He is the fulfillment of the OT that redeemed not only the Jews but all mankind.
As I comments in that post, the title "King of the Jews" was placed above his cross in mockery by the Romans. It was meant to be ironic. They mocked Jesus' claims by dressing him up like a king (purple robes [the color or royalty] and the crown of thorns). There were intended to be mocking ironies, but the true irony is that Jesus really is King!
