Things seemingly have not changed for Kimi even after his switch to ferrari this year.He suffered most part of 2005 with car reliability despite having the best pace and form in that season.Even this year, luck seems to have deserted him as he had to retire from third spot in spain. Will the tide ever turn in favour of him or will he always be regarded as the driver with the best potential who could'nt win many.

I know what you mean! I'm definitely rooting for him this year, but if his string of bad luck continues even after his shift to ferrari, he might just not make champion this season. He really is a great driver. It's funny how it was his car that bogged down. Ferrari's usually pretty reliable. But since we're talking about bad luck, what do you think about hamilton? Now that's one lucky and talented driver. I can't believe he's now leading the in terms of driver's points after his fourth race. Seems like McLaren let go of one superstar and got two in the process.

Yes,indeed.Hamilton has really taken all of by surprise with his incredible driving skills in his first F1 season ever!!he's capped up his achievement of being the first rookie to be on the podium in his first 3 appearences to being the first driver ever to have led the championship table in his first 4 appearences!I'm a die hard Schumii fan and thought that i wud've missed him this year but this guy along with alonso, massa and kimi seem to provide us with the best season ever!!!

Yeah, bad luck is something you wont change by shifting cars. But he is still there fighting for the lead. So I dont think there is too much to worry now. There are still 7 races to go. So he can still win the race in a comfortable way if the machine stays togather.

I agree with you. Kimi has been plagued with car failure of one kind or another and last season was incredibily unlucky for the finn. This year after the first couple of races i though his luck was changing and that he actually had got rid of the mechanical problems by switching to Ferrari. However, the retirement in Spain brings back those bad memories and its a shame because everyone would like to see him racing at his peak along with Massa, Alonso and Hamilton.
