Ebay full of Cheaters

I think ebay is full of cheaters I have tried ebay two or three times, every times either they donot send the product at all, or they send a different product than promised.
For eg Once Windows XP orignal was listed at 20$ when I bought it the person send me a pirated CD, I complained about him and he was sacked from ebay. But I think Ebay is full of Such Persons and no longer a good place for Online Shopping.

This world is full of cheaters.You can find cheating persons every where.But all are not the same.In ebay good reputed sellers are there.Before buying any product,check the feedback and reputation of the customer.

Im interested about sell/buy through ebay. for some reason i can not open an ebay account , as im from Vietnam.Too far to think of one day ebay accept the member from my country?

eBay is only the the site, it is the users of that site which sometimes cheat. If you have a problem with a seller, then you should file the appropriate report with eBay and they will deal with the cheat. As with anything else, hun, there will always be cheats, you only have to look on here for the cheats who copy and steal discussions. eBay is perfectly safe so long as you do your research and check what you are buying. Check the feedback scores, check the comments and use the Q & A board if you are uncertain about a seller or a buyer.

I've been buying on eBay a long time and my postitive experiences far outweigh the bad. I've never encountered any sellers who I felt was only trying to cheat me, though I have been somewhat disappointed in the quality of the merchandise I received. But I've also bought some bargains that I was very pleased with. I do pay attention to the feedback and the history of the sellers, and this seems to help a lot.

It is really too bad that your only dealings with Ebay have been negative ones. I have been buying and selling for a few years and only one time did I have a negative experience. I really enjoy buying and selling on Ebay. I want to beleive that most people are good. When I am looking to buy something, I make sure that I read the whole auction to make sure that it seems like a legit sale and that it seems like a person that I would wnat to deal with.
