my cousin's wedding will be on october. and she is asking me for any suggestion of processional song that she can use. it's the song that will be played while she is marching down the aisle. i had given her a couple of songs but she still needs vast options.
care to suggest any good processional song?

some churches have restrictions on the songs to be used for the ceremony. but since you're asking, i assume that there are no restrictions.
anyway, i walked to the song 'panunumpa' on my wedding. i love the lyrics and i think it's apt for the occasion.

who wouldn't anyway? *smiles* that song could really bring out your emotions, the love, the care and all. you know what? i find couples who shed tears on their wedding day very romantic and so full of love for each other. your wedding must be really nice!

I forgot the title of this song that I have in mind but I think it is very appropriate as a wedding processional. The lyric goes this way:
'Let me walk with you, as we journey through this life
searching for meaning as each moment passses by..
Let the hands of God be like footprints in the sand
As I carry you from the dawn to the rising sun....
With just one hand we can travel far together...
One life, sharing in love
I will hold you forever...
Yes! I love you with all my life..."
There'll be many questions as we walk along the way
There'll be many.....(forgot some lyrics)...as we live life day by day
But it doesnt matter coz we'll always be there
As we find the answer ......(forgot again..he hehe!)"
Suggest you ask the church because I believe most know this particular song. I hope you will find this helpful.

I'm a little unusual, but I'm using an instrumental peice from Disney's Little Mermaid for the party processional and the first few seconds of Rose Red by Emilie Autumn for the bridal procession.
If you go to David's Bridal, they have CDs of songs that are most commonly used.

No, it's an instrumental from the film. I don't know what it's called. If you've ever seen the movie, it's the song where Prince Eric takes Ariel out for a day in the villiage.

When I get married, I'd like to have Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto #1 played at my wedding. It's a little long, but the first part is absolutely perfect for a processional.
You can hear it here!
