The GH Spin-Off is set to debut 13 episodes in July on Sopanet. It will be on once a week and apparently will wrap up each show in the one hr each week and you won't need to watch daytime GH to understand what is going on.
Major characters:Jason and Liz
Patrick and Robin
Emily, Maxie, Lulu, Coop, Logan, Georgie, Stan, Epiphany, Kelly, Spinelli, Cruz, Max, Dr Ford and Ms Sneed
Billy dee Williams is also listed as a new doctor

Ok, there are only 13 episodes slated to start with. Once a week. Yes I think all those major players will remain on GH daily, especially until we know if the spin off is going to take off or not. The first episode has Jason 'incognito' as a janitor at the hospital. Well, I am for anything that keeps him close to his Elizabeth...and rumours are running rampant once again, that he will leave the mob...

I heard about this spin-off. It ought to be good. But is it true that the characters that are going to be on the spin-off are not going to be on the daytime show anymore? That just doesn't seem like that would be good for the daytime show. People like Jason, Liz, Patrick, and Robin, plus a few others, are some of the main characters. It just wouldn't seem like the same show during the daytime without them. I have soapnet and will be watching. So I guess I will just have to wait and see how it plays out.

First, I love your avatar,that is sooo cool. I can't wait to watch the new show, I watch soapnet everyday so it won't be hard to watch, but I am sad to see who is going to the new storyline and will not be on GH anymore, which is one of my favorites show to watch these days. I love Carly so much with Jax.
