Hot Wings

I am looking for a good recipe for hot wings. I have tryed a couple of them but they just dont come out right. If any of you have a recipe that is good, please share.

they are like fried chicken but have the sauces and spicies to make them hot. I know that there are some dips in which after you cook your chicken, you roll them around in it but was trying to find a sauce/ spices like the ones you get at certain resturants, or close to them any ways.
