What do you say to a 40-yr old virgin who's in love for the first time

Hi. I have this friend who's already 40 years old. She never had a boyfriend since birth because she could not feel anything special for them, as she said. But lately, she's been waking me up late at night just to tell me that a particular guy who's also in his early 40s is sending her heart warming messages.Should I tell her to stop her fantasy or encourage her feelings ?

I would encourge her to follow her feelings and see where it leads her. It might be the beginning of a new life for her. Sounds like this could be a good love story. Happy holidays.
