Have you ever been to Bulgaria?

I've been visiting the Black Sea but in Romania, in a city not far from Bulgaria called Mangalia. It's a beautiful with many places to see and things to do. Unfortunately it was not the summer so it could get much better.

I got a flight to Bourgas in Bulgaria last year. I had a wonderful time touring around by train and bus. I went to beautiful Plodiv built on seven hiils first and saw some lovely old buildings. Then I went Veliko Tarnovo. The highlight of my time there was a fanastic sound and light concert over the old fortress onn the hill. It was a magical evening of entertainment. Then I travelled up to Romania. Returning to Bulgaria I went to sunny Varna on the Black Sea. My last couple of days were spent at charming Ahtopol. From there I went to stunning Sinemorets. I had seen a photo of the picturesque beach there and wanted to see it myself. It was so lovely and unspoilt. I liked Bulgaria but had some language difficulties. Maps were in my alphabet but streets were in the Bulgarian alphabet. I had another confusion when trying to book a train ticket. In Romania I found the same alphabet that I use and so didn't have any language difficulties there. In Bulgaria I met a few English people buying holiday homes there. A couple of them were learning Bulgarian. If I lived in another country I would try learn the local language as well.

I wouldn't call Bulgaria a small country... More of a medium-sized country if you ask me. Anyway, I've never been to Bulgaria, but more and more Romanian people go there to spend their holiday because it is very beautiful and much cheaper than our own resorts.

I never been there, but would love to go in Future. I do love travel very much, I think everytime we travel, change the place make fresh life.
