Have your country's people appreciated your own skill and education?

In my country has not really important about skill and education. Only the people who talking too much and flatterer to the BOS can be succes. How about you my friend? Have your country's appreciated your own skill and education?

I am a speech therapist and audiologist with a master's degree in early childhood intervention and no my country does not appreciate me or other member's in my profession. It's no wonder that there is a lack of skilled professionals in the country. There's no appareciation, no safety, and no rights for us here.

In most of times, I believe that your own skills and education backgroud are very important. Yes, sometimes the situation happened which flatter got a promotion, but that not a routine, you have to depend on yourself's ability.
