I am a speech therapist and audiologist with a master's degree in early childhood intervention and no my country does not appreciate me or other member's in my profession. It's no wonder that there is a lack of skilled professionals in the country. There's no appareciation, no safety, and no rights for us here.

I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe you have to make an application to the other country that appreciated your ability. Good luck .

In most of times, I believe that your own skills and education backgroud are very important. Yes, sometimes the situation happened which flatter got a promotion, but that not a routine, you have to depend on yourself's ability.
