Do you think Sushi is Japanese food or Chinese food ?

I think sushi is Chinese food, Because long long time ago.Chinese people eat rice like sushi.... what do you think ?

I think that it is Japanese food but probably it exists in both countries and there is sushi from China and Sushi from Japan. Maybe I am not right but...

Its definitely Japanese food.A original and traditional food in Japan.Unfortunately i have never had it.

Well... as far as I knew it was Japanese. And even though they have sushi at some CHinese buffets it tastes horrible...

It originated in Japan. You know this by the exsess use of seaweed, which inland China didn't have a large supply of. I worked in a Japanese restaurant and they made us memorize this little bit of knowledge.

i think sushi originated from the Japanese people and it was just popularized ny the chinese cuisine. im not really sure but when i hear the word sushi, i tend to associate it with the japanese people. :)

Sushi is a Japanese food. Ya, you are right Chinese people eat rice. However, the method and the process Japanese and Chinese people eat is different. Other than that, the type of rice Japanese and Chinese use to cook is different. From what i eat and know, Japan rice tend to be more sticky.
