what is peach faced love bird's diet

I hav a pair of peach love bird's I would like to know what is their diet . what proportiion to give in.

better yet, buy a cockatiel mix. that way you dont have to add the sunflowers etc. a good mix will also have some pellets in it..you dont want to feed them nothing but millet.
