Facing a bad breath and have to go for a date, ------here's the solution.

bad breath is the most commonest problem and if you have to go for a date or have a business appointment the situation really worsens. the main culprit behind bad breath is bacteria. so make sure what kind of food you eat. eat lot of proteins, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables too. what other things can be done - 1) go for coriander, mint, eucalyptus, rosemarry and cardmom, which are really effective against bad breath. chew them or swallow them with warm water or can even use them as tea. 2) make curd your daily diet, as it produces hydrogen sulphide in the mouth and helps you to fight against bacteria. 3)plaque can be easily fighted by eating vegetables like carrot, apple , especially vegetables with fibres. 4) you can chew a sugar less gum after your meals. 5) and lastly have lots of vitamin C i.e citrus fruits, orange, lemon etc. and enjoy a care free life

Another useful contribution from Gharinder^^.I would like to add some info about this health matter.If my memory does not fail me,bad breath is scientifically known as halitosis.It is likely to be experienced by most adults.Most bad breath can be treated successfully with good oral hygiene or medical care. So remember to brush your teeth frequently using a fluoride toothpaste.Avoid certain foods that cause you to have bad breath such as onions, garlic and pastrami. oh..no..i love garlic and onions..hehe
