Customer service calls from home

I know that some companies (infomercials,etc.) pay people to take phone calls from home and enter information into a computer. Does anyone know a legitimate company that is hiring right now? I would like to do this for a while to earn some extra money. I would appreciate the infor if you would share it.

I also would like to know of some legit places that you can do this kind of work. I have applied for a couple of places in the past, only to never hear from them. You would think a job like that wouldn't be so hard to land, but some wanted atleast 1 or 2 years call center experience.

If I ever find anything good,I will let you know. I havent' found anything yet that allows me to do the type of work that I am looking for. Thanks for responding though.

Carolscash ,The type of job that you are referring to is called telemarketing .The easiest way for you to find jobs of this kind are in your local newspaper .
The other option is considered a Customer Service Representative ,However this usually requires at least an associates degree in business .Again I'd check out my local newspapers .
