I want to say first that I have been seperated form my ex for 3 years, and we had a child together. For the child we got married, which was the biggest mistake ever. My fiance wants his name on my seconds childs (which is his child) birth certificate, but we have to go through an attorney to do so. Since I'm still married and all. Yesterday I got a call from our attorney's office, saying that my ex needs to sign some papers. Here comes the huge problem, he moved. I called his work to see if he was there, but they said that he quit six months ago. They had sent him to do a job in del rio texas, and he met a women there. And she said that she would take care of him if he moved in with him. So he did, he moved in with her. And he had two more children with two different women. The only info I have on him is his s.s.number, which can help out a lot i guess. So our attorney is going to track him down. I've been trying to get him on child support, but nothing yet. Now I'm going to start the divorce process, and I'm going to ask for full custody. He hasn't seen her in over 3 years, and I hope the court will see that. I want him out of my life and my daughters life already, but he is the type who wont sign papers. Is there any lawyers here that can give me some advice, or do u know any one who is a lawyer? HELP PELASE!!!!!!
