How do you tell people that you feel something towards them that they wouldn't react badly? Like in Anger or love or disgust or lust?

There's nothing wrong to express anger, fear, sadness, rage, love, disgust or lust or any kind of emotions to someone else. As a matter of fact, it is even healthier to release these emotions regularly. What’s wrong is when we hurt someone in the process. It is preferable to find safe and better ways to unload the negative feelings so that those whom we are expressing our emotions with won't react badly. When I am angry with someone, I usually ignore the concerned individual for a while and set a time talk to him later. I am that person who forgets and forgives easily. Love can be expressed in so many ways. Giving her flowers and chocolates are the most common ones. Treating her to a coffee shop would be fine. Inviting her to a dinner for two is very romantic. Holding her hand and keeping it on your heart and giving her a flower would be the most effective way to win her heart.
