i would like to earn money.i am looking for a good ptc/pts site which accepts international members .the site should have a low payout and pays minimum of .5 cent per click.

Just visit that blog, and you will get links to a lot of honest paying sites, that have very low payouts like 5-10 cents. I am getting payed by those sites 2-4 times monthly.
