Uthappam the breakfast

Uthappam is a famous breakfast of south india. Many of my north Indian friends are also fans of 'Uthappam'. I enjoyed the food many times in hotels. But can anybody tell me how to prepare the delicious food.

Nice dish... Great taste to eat with Sambar and Kuruma. Btw, nice meeting you all here. I can eat just two , max three. I feel sleepy that day when I have a uthappam in the morning. Is that true with you all?

All have enjoyed uthappam. But none of us don't know how to prepare Uthappam.

Well yeah its a fanstastic dish. though iam bengali i love eating it. iam living in mumbai and there r lots of udipi resturants here. Even my mom cooks that. How to prepare that i dont know, its made up of rava i guess. Try the search engines. Cheers, Tutul
