Hi All,
When I first started my job my boss and myself worked great together.Within no time we grew closer and friendlier, Then all of a sudden when he asked me if I wanted him to be my advisor, I told him no, That I had some one else in my mind.I dont think he liked that very much, in fact, since that week my job is getting harder and harder. Than was months and months ago. Constantly calling me into the office to tell me one if not many things I am doing Wrong.
Repeatedly threatening my job and always telling me that he wants to "HELP ME". So my question to all of you is behaviuor like this acceptable and if not what steps to you take to correct it? If it is accecptable how do you deal with it?
Please help , i am desperately seeking answer

No way his action is not corect, you can seek police help. They have a seperate cell to handle this kind of harrasments. You are not a labour and he can't thretane you like this.Yo u have to fight for correct.
Or if you find difficult in it leave hte job and find another but we are not sure that you won't find same kind of boss over there also so fight for it.

Perhaps you should seek better opportunities elsewhere. Someone like that isn't worth working for, no matter how much he's paying you.
