Isn't that something that others have thought about? Especially if you see a child that you think is ugly. Sorry, not trying to be rude. I was just coureous. My aunt said my cousin was an ugly baby. Was wondering if others ever thought that. I thought all three of mine were beautiful.

I have seen children who are thought were ugly! Sometimes though, they seem to be not very nice and I can usually tell what a person is like by looking at them so I guess that might be just that I see their bad personality on the outside, if you know what I mean. But I sometimes feel sorry for some kids because they really aren't pretty or handsome and it's difficukt to know what to say if their parents think they are beautiful when they're not!

Beauty comes from within ~ the outer shell means nothing.

Yes, what's on the inside is what counts. I think if your child wasn't physically pretty or handsome, you probably wouldn't know because you children are always beautiful to you. I do sometimes notice certain things about my children which could be considered not attractive like my oldest son has big ears, but that doesn't stop me seeing him for the absolutely adorable and handsome little boy he is.

Both my kids are so well-behaved and nice that no one would think twice about what they look like anyway. Of course, in my eyes, they are the two most handsome boys in the world! And my youngest has the added bonus that he's got huge gorgeous eyes which everyone falls in love with. You would notice them but I don't think anyone else would notice anything that wasn't nice.

I think every mom knows in her heart of hearts if her child is "ugly", but loves them anyway....and that love causes the child to become beautiful in her eyes and in the eyes of others.
