I have a garden in front of my home.I go there daily and while touching plants in the garden ,I feel so lively and cheerfulness.I have seen them growing rapidly as quickly as anything. While children play music there I think that my intution says that plants are feeling much better in their presence. As, if they want to say something. Is there really any theory behind that?

Perhaps it has something to do with positive energy transference, meaning if a beautiful plant and its flowers make you smile, or feel good from the inside out, you send off a good vibe. The plant is able to absorb light, water and oxygen but also energy, yours, specifically the positive happy-feeling energy;therefore rapidly increasing its growth.

Yes plants feel our vibes and help even humans to perform better by the release of their vibes.

flowers - pretty pink flowers are nice to see.
I do not exactly know if there is any scientific research backing it up, but I agree somehow that plants responds to human and music. For instance in our garden we grow orchids, daffodils and other flowering plants. We just observed that when it is my brother who cares and water them, the plants blossom sooner than expected. We also have a plant that never flowered until my brother got his hands on. It does good to the plants when you kind of caress the leaves while watering and yes, weird as it may sound but talking to plants or singing makes the plants flower. I heard classical songs are the best songs for the plants.

What ever you described is true as my observations are similar.Plants definetly get influenced by human proximity and behaviour.

I don't know if it has been proven or not but I heard that if you talk to them they grow faster. I think that if you talk to them the breathing near them helps them to grow.

I'm not shure but yess they do respond you bcause they heve life in them its a proved fact , but if you say that they respond to music I dont find any story behind it . may be that you feel soothing when you sit near them nad listen music , and you feel the same for them too.....!

yes its a proven fact that plants are sensitive to human emotions. You can talk to them and they will respond. There are many books about this. I've read several many years ago and i've forgotten the titles. You could look it up on the net. Theres been quite a bit of research done on it too. I used to have a light garden where i kept the house plants in the winter. It would be filled with blooming plants, and i could feel the plants reflecting my Love with their blossoms. Yes they are alive and conscious. Plants are wonderful living enities!

Plants are living organisms and guess they react like one, being influenced by the environment and the people around them. Scientist may find explanations for that, but we like to think it's our love and care that is doing the job :)
