Has anyone ever made money by giving products away?

I recently came across this site where you can make money by giving away products. You don't have to have any inventory or keep products. You make a dollar per item that you give away. You get the website free for 14 days for a trail and then you have to pay $39.95 per month. To me this kind of seems like a rip off cause if you don't give away at least 40 products per month you're not making your money back.
I'm just wondering if this isn't some kind of scam. I tried to post the website but its not working right. Argh! Sometimes I hate the internet.

I have never heard of this. Where do these items go that you are giving away and how much do you get for it? And do you have to pay shipping when you are giving these items away? I would be interested in doing this if you find out it's a legit site. I've got tons of stuff I need to take to Goodwill lol.

It doesn't say any of tha except that you get paid a dollar per item that you give away. You don't have any inventory so apparently they pay the shipping is what I would be guessing.

I've seen a lot of programs online and I've never seen this one - sounds like a total scam to me though, I mean really how hard is it to 'give away' anything - people love freebies all walks of life. Now if they told you what the product was, what strings are attached (no one is going to stay in business giving away their product and paying people on top of it). Plus, what are you paying for? Your paying $39.95 a month for something similiar to our free profiles here at mylot.... I have my own domain and only pay $9.95 a month....I say run don't walk - SCAM ALERT!
