how do you deal with too much anxiety?

in our stressful world today, we are sometimes too anxious at one time that we feel we're like a balloon that's about to burst with lots of problems. we need to have a rest time, a time-out, so that we can breathe and relax and realize that life is not all made of problems. too much anxiety can cause our body to react and therefore it can end up being a sickness or a body disorder. it can be psycho-somatic, that what the mind feels, the body transforms into a sickness. for me, when i already feel too anxious, i just stop whatever im doing, go to my room, put on some soothing music, close the windows, and bury myself under my pillows and pray til i fall asleep. what about you? how do you deal with anxiety?
