I don't think u can get a good job w/o a degree. I have a postgrad degree and my husband has an associate's degree, however he has a terrible time finding a good job without a 4 year degree, despite having loads of experience.
I know aol sometimes has articles on the top 25 jobs without a degree, but really, are these possible to get?
Do u have a college degree? Would u insist that ur children get one for their financial security in the future? I would.

What I usually say when asked this question is "Yes, you can get a "job" without a degree, but it is much harder to get a "career" without one."
Of course, there are no hard rules about this kind of thing. A lot had to do with personality as well, plenty of people with degrees don't have great jobs, and plenty of people with no degree have made a very good living.

Ill put it this way, I have no college degree, and i work right next to people who are college grads. So, a degree doesnt matter, its what you want to do with your life that does. Graduating college doesnt mean your just gonna find a killer job.

in our country, i do think people must have a college degree to have a good professional job. there are still discrimination here and those who dont have college degree dont get the most of what they are supposed to be getting.
if one person got lucky and has landed on a good job even if he is not a graduate, i feel not all will have the same luck.
