Well not to sound like a prude BUT...Since you are only 19 and not married yet having a baby shouldn't really even be a priority anyway.
Having said that, there are many things that can cause irregular cycles or no cycles. If you are really serious about wanting to know what is going on with your body, you'll have to speak to your doctors, have them do all the tests and if you still aren't getting the answers maybe switch doctors until someone figures out what is going on with you.
Somethings are permanent issues that will will make it difficult or immpossible to ever get pregnant. Other things can be dealt with easily and corrected so that you will be able to conceive. The only thing I know is that you will almost certainly need to have somewhat regular cycles before you can get pregnant.
Just out of curiosity...how much do you weigh and how tall are you?

Hmm...well I don't advocate being too thin but for that height you may fall into the SLIGHTLY over weight range. Being over weight or underweight can cause irregularities and fertility issues. You could start there and see if it changes your cycles any. Find out from your doctor what your ideal weight should be (mine is 115 at 5'3") and use healthy ways to reach that weight. Maybe you'll be lucky and that is all you need to solve your problem.
(oh and just so you know, since weight can be a sensitive topic for women, I'm not at my "ideal" weight either!)

Medically I think anything is possible. I actually had two periods after conception. So it's possible you could get pregnant even if you don't have one. This would probably be a call for a doctor. If you have been on a regular schedule I would say you are having one.

Actually, it usually means that you ARE going to have one...

Sorry, I read your question to mean that you had missed your period (you didn't mention that you don't get it regularly).
But, you say the doctors say your "fine" does that mean your not infertial? Even if you don't regularly get a period, you could still be able to get pregnant, it would probably just be harder. If you don't want a baby now, I would say use some sort of birth control, just to be sure.

It often depens on your age because all womans could have irregularity and stops in their periods, but if it last i think you should consulte a doctor.
