What do the numbers and colour in mylot mean?

Does anyone know what the coloured stars with the numbers in them next to your name mean?

There your rating. You want to keep the number as high as possible. The higher, the better. You can keep your rating high, by posting high quality posts, rating other peoples post, and having others rate your posts :) Hope that clears things up :)
