Undercover Police Scam

Has anyone heard the stories about girls driving late at night who are pulled over by undercover policemen? But then it turns out, the person that pulled them over isn't really a policeman and rapes and kills the girl.
I've heard tons of these stories and my friend was getting pulled over late at night. She kept driving til she got to a well-lit place like 7/11 and the cop (who turned out to actually be a cop) gave her a ticket for evading the police!
What would you do in these situations?

I'd stay in the car and first ask the cop to show his badge, it's a requirement for cops here to show if asked for so. If they refuse you're allowed to simply drive off since it'd be a civilian stopping you.

I have also heard about the undercover ploce scams they use to get us women in a dark place & then try to rape thw women..I think I read that in the cosmopolitan magazine.
If I was in this situation I would NOT STOP but I would continue to drive and call 911 to see if there was a report called in about a speeding car or not. By law the cops have to call it in when there about to pull someone over for there safety too as wellas ours so I would make sure 911 told me that indeed there was a call made about my car and then I would keep driving till I came upon a lit area where people are around.
Then we I finally pull over and the cop asked me why didnt I pull over I would tell him the whole truth and if he wanted to still give me a ticket then thats fine..I would go to court and tell them about the horror stories of undercover police scams!!!!
