Paid to signup offers -Search a good site

Ok, anybody to know a site for paid to signup offers
what:
1.Works with International members
2.Has a lot of offers for International members
3.Has at least some free international offers
4.Pays in e-gold or check.
5.Is not a scam
I registered to: infooffers, inboxdollars, prizebook.com ,uniqpaid.com...
And what? Really a lot of offers and a lot of free too, but...sorry, this is only for USA and Canada...
So?
I just try different variants and want to see what is suitable for me. And this paid-to-sign offers sounds in the begging so seductive, but i am sick and tired to click and to be refused just because i am not American or Canadian.
Any ideas are ok.

The site i use accepts other countries and they pay by check..Awesome site..

I am a member there and at least one week i see just 1 page with 6 offers, 5 of them need purchase and 1 is free, but again i am not wellcomed there...your country blablabla...
I am surprised, many people find this site good...

yeah, same old story for me also. After reading all the terms and conditions we would come across lines, such as sorry, at present the offer is open only for US, UK, Iceland, and the list goes on execpting my country.
Even if i find some sites, they are in for a refferal system, as of me, I find hard to get referrals.But some hope in me keeps searching that one day or other i will land in a genuine site that is open for International members and more so that suits my choice.

When i entered MyLot last mounth one of my first discussions was: where to get some referals. And i got some absurdish replies:
1.Recomend your friends.
I cant. I will not recomend any program to a friend without to be sure that this is serious, normal, working and paying one- and not a scam.
I have a lot of time for experiments. Most of them havent.
2.Use Trafic Exchanges
Blablabla. I used at least 10. One and the same link everywhere- MyLot`s one. And some days hard work to win credits for my referal links.
Guess if i have here even 1 refferal?
No.I have 0 refferals.
3.Spam the forums like MyLot and flood with hundreds of "discussions" as many people here do.
NO. NO.AGAIN NO.
And the system with referals is again not suitable.

TO magica and all, if you guys are not from the US continent or so i would suggest you guys to find sites that pay you in paypal or e-gold. As of me, im from malaysia, so i choose all the paysite's that pay's me in paypal the most. Its the easiest for me. magica, i saw that you are from bulgaria. Nice country, i would wish to visit your country 1 day. Anyway, if your country dont have pay pal its ok. You can still use paypal. Use the earning there, you can use the money to do your online shopping or anything. If you would want to widraw the money, then sometime's ppl do sell their paypal money to cash money. you have to look thru some forums to find ppl doing that. all earnings tht i receive i cant cash it out too... so i use them sometimes to buy stuffs online..
