Its good to work in a call center because of the high salary offered by those call center companies but the risk is high in terms of health.To be able for you to passed the hiring process you must be conversant in English if you would be applying for international post, but there are some local call centers that accept applicants even if you are not that good at that. Yes most call centers in the Philippines accepts college undergrads but some call centers doesnt. Try to visit www.callcenterdirectory.net to know more about call centers. hope this could help you. It is an advantage if you have work experience preferably in a call center environment if you want to apply to another call center company but if you dont have one its just fine whats more important is that you have the capability to be one of their agents if you passed their qualifications for the post. Dont be afraid to try applying because it will give you additional confidence. If you fail for the first time then try another one until you get your dream job to be in the call center industry. You can do it bro. Be positive..

If you wanted to have a career in a call center try looking for financial firms. (AWWC and SYKES) you will be given a chance to become a broker listed in NASDA and the pays good as well..and you dont need to have job experience...confidence and best attitude will do..anyway, wish you all the best and goodluck....
