teamwork is very important in the department. help someone out that is having a bad day, and maybe in time they will help you when you need the help to be a communicative person. to understand what everyones job is to do so you won't try to do theres.

I agree with you,it is really important to have a good team in the department whihc can explode people's potential,do everything perfect. We advocate for working in team.
