Should Stephen Fleming carry on?

He served well for the Black Caps as a captain, should him carry on playing cricket as he is nearing the tender age of 40? What is you view on this?

he has lead New Zealand to become a strong team that believes in thmselves and are capable of achieving the impossible, besides i dont see anybody after him in the NZ team as a suitable replacement
