People liked or avoided

well, i would like to be with someone who is truly caring and too talkative(or atleast talkative), who listens to what i say(instead of just hearing to me), who would truly like to spend time with me, who would not tell lies to me(because i hate liars-though it should not be excepted from all boys). and i would like to avoid cheaters and liars.
