Do you Sleep in Silence??

I can sleep just abotu any where anytime i jsu tdecide am goign to sleep then 5 mins later light out i have always been able to do this and seems to get easier with age same thign with stayign awake soemtimes can go 36-50ish hrs without sleep.

I can't sleep in total silence unless I've been asleep for awhile. I will watch TV then fall asleep on the couch. I can then go to bed and sleep easily in total quiet. But I can't FALL asleep in total silence. very seldom do I retire at the same time as my wife due to this fact. Ugghh. I think this comes from being in the carnival at such a young age. I was used to the motors and generators running all the time and that helped me sleep. I don't know. Sounds like the only logIcal reason I can come up with. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I sleep in complete silence. I live in a cave house in a rural part of spain. My nearest neighbour is 10 minutes walk away. I love the peace and quiet. I lived and worked in London for 23 years befor I moved here and to constantly have noise and to hear other people wore me down. If I go back to visit family in England I find it difficult to sleep with noise and streetlights.

i always have either the air conditioner or the fan on..usually both, except in winter. but even the the fan is on. i cant sleep with a tv on or the radio, cause my brain wont stop being interested in whats going on lol!
