Inside the lense of my digital camera. Do I need to take it back in to get it fixed? Also the shutter doesn't close all the time when it closes.

Hi,
I also got a camera problem, I can't see my subject in the LCD! and when I try to shoot some pics, all I saw is a black photo like it was taken into a very dark room.

definatly take it in to be fixed! you shouldnt be seeing anything other than your subject thru the lense. perhaps the spring has something to do with the shutter not closing completly. dont know much about cameras myself, but i would take it in to be fixed.
