Are you a smart worker or a hardworker?

I started as a hardworker, thinking that working hard will get me far. Over the years, I've learned that working hard has to be couple with working smart. I try to think of ways to like minimize paper works and paper trail. Thanks to the computer for making it easier. How about you? Please do share your thoughts.

We need to clearly distinguish between hard and smart work. Hard work does not mean that you should stick with a work and continue it as long possible. I always think of best possible ways on how a work can be accomplished quickly and with better quality.
Never postpone a work when that can be finished earlier. I have all my reports and presentation completed even a week before the actual delivery date.
