why unemployment in pakistan

i am a young man of 24 year of age, i am a bachlor degree holder and in my second last semester of MBA, i have experienced some of the professional departments for the job purpose, in most of them i find the job giving some reliable references but just for the sake of those referencee they would give the job in their departments but later on they would give me the work of their departments, as i am a new employee i will do their work but later on they would presirezed on for doing their works, then unwillingly i will quit that job and for some time do my studies but after some time when i read out the news paper, i would fine the vacencies that were related to the MBA degree's but they would want for experience of about 2, 3, or 5 year's of experience. so let me telll that how can a young can find the right job for themselves. now i am feed up of these activities that how a young person can stoped their way towards the success of their own as well as for the success of their country. sujjest me how i will get reid of these black-bosters. and we overcome to unemployment in pakistan. thanks
