Yes I have to agree, Alka Yagnik has a superb voice. She's definitely my favourite playback singer and her tracks with Kumar Sanu are legendary! It's a shame that Alka isn't much in demand these days.

yeah, her voice is very sweet. and a good range too. and thats why i guess she is one of the most popular playback singers.

Alka Yagnik is very good playback singer. She does have a very sweet voice, has a good range and can sing all types of songs. But i like romantic songs she has sung esp. with kumar shanu which are superhits. Cheers:)

She is one of the best singers in the Bollywood Cinema. Her voice is beautiful, and sings very well, unlike others these days who can't even pronounce words properly and are singing.
