Is BMI not the indicator of beign overweight?

I heard that BMI is not the sole indicator. That even if BBMI is normal you may be actually overweight due to other factors. Is that true?

I haven't heard of that. I'll keep on reading your post for more info on this. This is what's interesting about mylot, I learn a lot. Very educational.
