I wonder how the paypal work for me?

Im so much appreciated that you did the search for me. What I concern on this matter that once I have tried to ask my friend to send money like "test" for me but then he could not make payment and it displayed that "my country is not eligible to receive money , ONLY can make payment". Well if i can not receive payment then how can i make any money using this processor. BTW, I also made a verified with paypal. for the whole thing, I just can not be sure that whether I can RECEIVE money from others who is paypal acc holder as well. I just tried to do some research again. I understand that you need to have clarification on the following two issues (I assume you are from Vietnam.): (i) In the list of countries PayPal deals with, Vietnam is mentioned. That is how you have successfully opened your PayPal Account. But when I searched the list of countries to which myLot pays through PayPal, I find that Vietnam is not mentioned. MyLot has a list and says that if you live in one of the countries mentioned in the list, you would be paid through PayPal. That does not mean that if your country is not included in the list (this is true in your case), you can not be paid by PayPal. However, it is best to confirm this from the myLot admin. I suggest that you find out this from the myLot admin. If the answer is in negative, do not worry, you woud then be paid by myLot through e-gold. You can easily open an account with e-gols, if required. (ii) I have not understood the whereabout of your friend who tried to transfer money from his account to your PayPal account and it was not allowed. From which account he tried to transfer? Was it from his local bank account in Vietnam? Or from his PayPal account? If it was from his account in a local bank in Vietnam, it is most likely that it would not be allowed. This restriction is not by PayPal; it is, in all probality, by Vietnam government. But if your friend tried to transfer money from his PayPal account to your PayPal account, in my opinion, this should have been allowed. You can withdraw money from your PayPal account through a cheque and deposit ther money through this cheque in your account in a local bank if you have earned money, say from myLot or other programmes and if it was deposited by them to your PayPal account. But I am not sure in case of Vietnam residents, whether it is allowed because I read in some forum somewhere that people in Malaysia are not allowed to do so. Please do let me know; most of us from non-western countries have to understand a lot about PayPal and its operation in view of the restrictions imposed by our governments for transactions through PayPal.

Thanks a lot for your reply and gave me useful info. I did make verification of paypal using my CC.well then I will test whether it works for me to receive money or not.
