30 years at work?

i am wondering why some people can stay for so long and stick with there employer for a long time...is it because of money? satisfaction? permanency? security? what do you think are the most important of all?

i think it's satisfaction. no one can last a job without being satisfied... if u have satisfaction on what u do u'd be feeling secure about it then permanency follows... money won't even matter if u r satisfied...
