glutathione vs metathione

I heard that glutathione is very much effective in terms of whitening your skin. But I come across of another anti oxidant they called metathione that also have the same effect. I just wonder if anybody have tried this? Can anybody share which is more effective between the two?

i wanted to help you but i have only tried glutathione..what i know is the liquid glutathione which is much more effective than the tablet..it is being injected once or twice a month..and most celebrities use it to whiten their skin..i wanted to try it but i guess I am afraid of injection..

I'm using glutathione tabs for a month now. I take it with vitamin c. twice a day dosage. It has a nice effect on my face scars. And it also controls break outs.
