Hello..friends out here..what do u think about the pop-ups that come whenever u open a site?do u think they should be there or they r juts wastage of everyone's time and patience

I think pop ups are just a waste of someone time and shouldn't be there. I hate pop up and will avoid going to or using a site I know that will have pop ups.
