Are you one of those people that will only call in sick if you have a fever and can't get out of bed? I look at work as a social interaction, not so much as actual work (*GASP* I said it.... I like my job - LOL). For me, I have to have a fever or if I were in a cubicle environment where I felt like I would get other people sick then I would take the day off.

I agree with the idea that if its something that can be passed on than you shoudl probly stay at home instead fo exposing everyone else especially during the flue season. I know employers use to use people who come to work as an example of a good employee but the fact is if you have the flue and come to work older people are at a very serious risk form it.

I agree. There are companies out there that give an extra bonus for perfect attendance, almost like in elementary school. I also seem to remember, that the people that showed up with the flu also had a trash can sitting next to them the entire day... how can that be productive in any way?

Though lot of people consider doing work means is equal to worshipping god i would say take rest only if the body is in healthy conditions you can continue yyour work or only if you are mentally and physically fit you will be able to perform your duties properly.ill nessss means somebody is forcing you to take rest so that he can correct the unheatlhy situation in your body .it is a thing which the body does so that it can correct he system if you take rest.taking rest means not just simply sleeping giving rest to your digestive organs by takign light food like fruits.
a stich in time saves nine.
