I sign up for my paypal account and i made payout to my some paid to click sites.I payout only $.19 and when i check my balance in my paypal still $0.00.Why is it?Is there a minimum amount to send in a paypal account?whats the minimum payout in paypal?and whats the minimum amount to receive my payout on my paypal?please i need your ideas about paypal.
