Can you justify ragging?

I dont justify ragging but I will definitely support some kind of interaction with the seniors and juniors which will make them both know each other more.This kind of interaction can be done with the knowledge of the parents and the administration of the college but not giving any signs to the juniors/newcomers which will keep up the fun.

No..it can't be justified. We should have stringent legal measures against those culprits those who are violating laws. I would say we should eliminate ragging from educational institutions

I cannot say for the whole world. Every people and every country ha it's own culture. The practice isalso the product of some culture. Any way in Indian colleges it should not be allowed. It is an unnecessary custom inflicted upon the Indian student community. I think in Kerala ragging is banned. There is nothing like healthy ragging. Ragging is always unhealthy.
