How to be Good to everybody and still not get cheated or back stabbed by some?

Well personally I have always been GOOD to everybody I met, but still many people have cheated me, lied to me, back stabbed me, have done many bad things for me and have tried to take advantage of my good nature by doing bad to me (for what reason I can't say). Then it becomes hard to remain GOOD. what is the solution to this grave problem.

You know that is something that will happen because there are people out there that just can't be happy unless they are hurting someone else. I don't know if they feel that badly about themselves that they think bringing others down will make them feel better or what. The best advice I can give you is to try to keep doing good to others, but maybe not be as trusting of them. Yes they may hurt you but if you can prepare yourself for the idea that your good ness and kindness may be used against you it might help you. You seem to want to do good but are just tired of being hurt. I hate to say it but I don't think that you will ever be able to be nice to everyone without someone trying to use it against you in some way or take advantage of you.

hi friend I do agree with you.. ya that is what I'm doing as suggested by you.. doing good to everybody.. and keeping my Antennas always Up looking for Phoney and people whom I know I cannot trust.. through years somehow I have developed a way to judge people.. sometimes I judge wrongly but atleast that saves me from many bad things.. and still people somehow do bad with me.. no issues.. I'm not a perfect judge.. and I also realise that.. a person can only do bad with you once.. even if u donot retaliate... u won't ever go close to that person.... and that is the end of the relationship.. hence no issues.. I do keep this in mind that my good friends as well can do something bad me for reasons better known to me.. at any point of life.. as a person also changes in life.. sometimes circumstances makes a person change....
So that is how I lead my life.. any more suggestions I'll love to hear from you..

For me, I don't think it is posible for to be good to everybody, no matter how good or nice you are people will still say one or two bad things against you, my is that anything you do in life you should fear God and satisfy your self in everything you do. you can not satisfy everybody in this world, for instance Mr.A ask you for something and ask you not give other people the thing and Mr.B come an start beging you to the give the thing, If you give Mr.B, you will offend Mr.A and if you dont give Mr.B you can be enemy for life. But there are some things that deal with understanding you should understand your self. anything you do inb life satisfy your self.

for me, you just continue of your good deeds but also try to choose those worthy ones whom you can really trust.. in this world, not all people will like you even if you are good to everybody (and we don't know for what reason).. as long as your not stepping on anybody's way then continue doing the things that you always do.. ignore those people who cheated, lie or even back stab you.. tell you, KARMA will still do it's part for these people..
if there are people whom you think are not true then try also to be careful with them..
just think of one thing you will never regret on being to kind...:)
