When do you make your bed?

I never bake them, why make something up which goes messy again when you go lie in it again at night anyways.

I do my bed and also my daughter bed every time I woke up. For me it is the start of my good and lucky day. When it's week end too and vacation time I do let my children do their task specially making their own bed. I inherit it to my mom, I remember when I was a kid she always told me to make my bed everytime I woke to start a new and lucky day.

This is going to sound really bad but I only make it every couple days when I change the sheets. I sleep at night and my husband sleeps in day so there is nearly always someone in the bed. That is what happens when you work different shifts.

Hello I make my bed in the morning. My baby is 8 mths but I will teach him to do it to in the morning. Just makes the room look neat all day.

I think that you should make your bed when you first get up in the moring. If you wait then there is a chance that you won't make it later on that day. And I also think that if the bed is made up it do make the room look neat for all day till you get home and mess it up again. But I think that it should be done in the moring but there are some morning where i don't have it done till later because on the weekends I get back in.

I like to make my bed in the morning as i like to keep my bed neat and tidy during the day. It should be kept clean and bed sheets and pillows everything should be in their place.

frankly speaking, i do not make up my bed. i love sleeping on a clean made up bed, but hate to do it. my wife does it for me and she does in the morning after i get up.

I usually make my bed when I get out of it. If I don't do it then, it could be quite a few hours before I remember to get back to it and do it. If their friends are coming over my kids make their beds before they go to school. Otherwise, they don't usually bother. They like curling up in their little rat nests.

Hello Saigonwarrior! I usually cant do my bed as soon as i wake up since my husband wakes up after me! WHen i have already brush my teeth; prepare my husband's lunch and after having breakfast then i make my bed! Or i will even wait for my husband to leave home to do my bed; because sometimes when i have already made the bed, he will sits on the bed and put on his shoes ect! And i dont like this... If that was possible i would have done my bed as soon as i wake up in the morning! Also i have got a very bad habit of remaking the bed before going to sleep lol

I will make my bed as soon as I rise. I was taught from a young child that unmade beds would let spiders and snakes in and are actually a little paranoid as an adult not too make my bed straight away. Unless Im washing the sheet then I will make it as soon as the sheets come back in. I dont think there are as many snakes and spiders now as what there use too be but old habbits are hard to break.

I have to take my coffee for while then fix things, I make sure that before going to work i'll fix all the mess.

I like to make my bed before I leave my house, because it is depressing to come home to a messy room/bed.

I usually make my bed when I wake up, If I'm not late for something.. if so then it stays unmade the whole day till I sleep again!

i usually make my bed immediately after i wake up. but if ever i wake up and husband is still sleeping, i fix it when he is already awake. i got used to this routine ever since so i guess it just became a habit already.

I am the type who cannot see things in a messy condition. I would normally make my bed as soon as I rise up. Even with my children, I would ask them to make their beds first before they do anything else especially during their school holidays. It's pretty routine for us....

I'm lucky because my husband makes the bed. He's really helpful. The bed gets made in the morning as soon as we get up. My daughter doesn't live at home anymore but my son does. He hardly ever makes his bed. My daughter never really did either. We never really pushed it alot with them. Their room is their space and if they didn't want to make their bed, that was up to them. As long as their room was pretty neat, like no food or dirty dishes laying around.

Well----hehe---that all depends upon when my two cats get off the bed...I sometimes think my bed is more there's and they like to sleep on it all the time....so if they're still snoozing when I get up...well heaven forbid I disturb them...LOL--so it's not unusual for me to make it just before I do go to bed....

When do you make your bed? I often make my bed after 1 hour after waking. Sometimes I forget to make my bed. I'm a lazy girl. I often clean my house each week. And I don't keep it at all. So you can image how dirty it is. I want to give up the bad habit, so now I get up early and then I have time to clean my house. Do you have job? Now I quit my job, then I am free. I want to make enough money online.

I make my bed as soon as I wake up. There are times that I don't though.. This happens when I straightaway have a shower and get myself ready for class, and finally make the bed. I guess it's easier for me since I haven't got a family to take care of.
