I've been drinking alkaline (Kangen) water for the past 2 months or so. Has anyone else heard of it or tried it and seen any of its benefits?
Basically it is used in Japan all the time for healing purposes and health reasons. A friend of the family bought the $4,000 machine that makes tap water alkaline (instead of acidic). The claims are that drinking this water everyday will make your body's pH neutral, which is what our bodies use so much energy trying to do everytime we eat or drink many foods and beverages (including tap and bottled water) because they are acidic. By allowing are bodies not to fight to be neutral, everything is supposed to fall into place inlcuding weight, disease, appearance of skin/aging, etc. The alkaline water is supposed to heal cells in the body that would normally die from the acid in our systems. This will make you less tired, sore, cure obesity, diabetes, and many other conditions.
You can google 'Kangen Water' for more info. I am just curious if anyone has heard or tried this??

I wish it was a magic potion! I've been drinking it for about 2 months and cannot say that I have noticed too much of a difference. Although it claims to take up to 6 months to see results. I have noticed that is regulates my digestive tract as I have to go to the bathroom a lot while driking it. Which I suppose is a good thing to clean your system out and get rid of the acids.
