Im selling something on ebay but someone brought the item with buy it now called 'nazia-ali786' basically this person has done it before and not paid. her rating is minus 1 and it is private. Im gonna relist the item but how do i make sure that the 'minus' people do not bid on my item??!!!!arghhh
