Neighbor sunbathing half naked

Late yesterday afternoon, I let my dog out and saw that the neighbor boy and his girlfriend were laying out back sunbathing. I also noticed that the girlfriend was topless. The fence between our yards was knocked down in 2004 and we haven't even begun putting it back up. It is also very obvious that I have children and they play in the backyard (not to mention that the neighbor boy would already know that seeing as how he lives behind me!).
I didn't know what to do, my dh said to just keep the boys away from the patio doors and ignore it, I wanted to let my oldest son let the dog out and yell "Look Mommy there's a naked lady in the backyard!" (dh said no to this).
What would you have done?

i would not stand for this at all i have children and i would be mortified if i went out back and saw a half naked woman liying about the place. id tell her to get dressed at once and that my children and i dont wish to see that sort of thing. you should report it to the house owner at once and tell him if it happens again you will be reporting it to the police.

I think you should stop being so lazy and get the fence sorted out personally.
What your neighbour does on his property is his business, providing he's not breaking any laws (he/she aren't) so why should they modify their behaviour just because you're a prude? Sort the fence out so your little cherubs aren't exposed to those nasty boobs and get over yourself.

Your children will see things that you cannot prevent them from seeing. It is not like they are seeing a murder which would traumatize your children, they are seeing nature even if you do not approve of it. If yo make a big deal out of it, it will become a bigger deal.

If the girl is a minor, I'd probably let the neighbor know, just in case. Otherwise, I'd just mind my own and leave them to it.

well this looks serious as your children are not mature enough, i suggest you to complain and remind him that the backyard has no fence, And you have children as that lunatic watch them play everyday lol... or this can turn out to be a serious problem!
