Ok, so i know a lot of fans do like to build up quite a stash of Lush products, so i was wondering how you store them, and what you think the best way of storing them is?
I have my 'stash' of discons in a cardboard box kept in the cool darkness of my wardrobe, which means my clothes all smell lovely! I have the Lush that i use just normally either in the bathroom if it's something i use very frequently, or otherwise in a plastic drawer unit.

I actually store all of my Lush (my stash is finally dwindling) in the bathroom as I don't have the space anywhere else. I keep all the soap, bath bombs and bubble bar slices in boxes, baskets and plastic containers, away from sunlight and moisture. Hair and shower products are on the sides of the bath and my face care products are on the sink.

My stash isn't too big...or at least I wish it was bigger!
Largely I store my stash in an air tight plastic container. Or at least I think it's airtight. One things that have been cut up or split in half (bath bombs) are also in plastic ziplock baggies.
What dosen't fit in there is a "hatbox" that I got from my birthday last year. It just seems too nice to throw away. The hatbox is in the bathrroom with the things I will be using more recently.

I store all my lush bath goodies and soaps in a big gift box in my 2nd bathroom. it sits on top of the toilet actually! All the products stay in their original packaging until I'm going to use them. However, I keep shower gels, like my huge bottle of Honeywood, in my linen closet.
As for soaps I use in the shower, I just keep them on a shelf. I also have body butter in the shower which I keep in a tin.

My stash of bath bombs and melts etc. I keep in a 3 drawer storage unit in my closet, and for everyday things like shampoos and conditioner I keep all that stuff in my bathroom.
I also keep a jar filled with bath bombs/melts in my bathroom that I use at night and then just refil when needed from my bedroom stash:)

I personally have never tried them as their prices are extremly high. I know how to make the bath bombs as I make and sell them so I know about what the prices should be. I do know that one day I want to spend the money on them just to see what the fuss is all about. Other people I know have ordered them and said they are not worth the money but I want to try it on my own. I do know other people that swear by them. I guess I have to try them myself to figure it out. Glad to see you like your stash of lush goodies though.

I work for the company, and knowing what I do of the ingredients I beleive they're worth every penny. that's why I've been using them for the best part of 10 years.
it's not just the prices of bicarb and citric acid that are important.
most of the essential oils we use are of a much higher quality than those more availiable on the market.
most essential oils are purchased through a supplier, who imports the oils to sell on.
we buy them directly from the producers, and the quality is much higher. some of the oils tens of thousands per litre. we use them anyway.
a great deal of study goes into each and every product. when they are ready, it costs a lot of money to have each product certificated. then there's the shops, the overheads, the staff, the staff training, and I can assure you we all have a lot of training, and its very in depth. I loved my training, I learnt so much about the company, the products, the ingredients.
so yes, you can make ballistics pretty cheaply, but that doesn't mean that more expensive ones aren't worth every penny of their price.
there's a lot of other companies making bath bombs now (damn not patenting it, hehe) but most accounts I've heard from people using them is that they have brought them out in rashes, or not smelt strong enough, not fizzed enough, and generally not being that great.

I store all my lush in plastic, lidded bins that I got from the dollar store. It works great because they are cheap and stackable. I keep them in my closet and take out what I need as I need it. My bathroom is too small to keep anything in there.
